The Brooklyn Nets welcome Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks. The 1st meeting between the two teams ended in the favour of Brooklyn Nets. But with James Harden out tonight i see Bucks as the clear favorites. I don´t believe that after tonight we will see a 2-0 Nets. So here is the reason why the Bucks lead by Giannis Antetokounmpo will win tonight.
Bucks lost by 8 in game 1, and that´s when recording their second lowest 3s made (6) all season. Brook and Giannis came to play offensively aswell as their defensive work. The Bucks are 8-2 after losing by 6 or more on the road, and I think they make it 9-2 tomorrow.
Will the impact of missing Harden Show tonight? Even-though people may think just cause they won game 1 without him, that they can win game 2 without Harden, I definitely think that is not relatively true. The impact of Harden on this squad is immense, he´s their main play maker by quite some and has been a good defender for them, something this team misses at times, and I think we may see the impact of losing out on him here.
Harden was terrific for the Nets vs Bosten, he averaged 27.8 points, 10.6 assists and 2 steals, if you think they won´t miss that kind of player, then i disagree. Role players stepped up a-lot during his absence, and i know the nets are a deep squad, but missing a player that can give you 30 and 10+ assists is not something you can replace.
His absence was overshadowed by Bucks poor shooting night, and if Bucks shoot just 80% of their potential, i see a game 3 starting with a 1-1 standing.
